DogMom and DogDad have started an elimination diet! For a few weeks we eat super clean (no wheat, soy, oat, dairy, butter, alcohol, caffeine, ciitrus, etc...) Basically we eliminate the most common foods that people are sensitive to, then we gradually "challenge" foods! We are both very committed, and although it is putting a damper on our social calendar, we are feeling great! Our big purchase for last week was a new juicer... Sounds like a quote from Old School, huh?! Please ignore the lava lamp in the background. We received that as a White Elephant gift a month ago...
